Practical Assessment & Certification
Upon completion of the online training, learners are required to complete a theory and practical manual handling assessment in order to receive certification.
The practical assessment is delivered exclusively by WorkplaceTraining.ie’s in-house, certified manual handling instructors, ensuring a high standard of assessment and feedback.
Learners can choose from two flexible assessment options:
- Video Submission: Record and submit a practical lift for review by an instructor
- Live Online Assessment: Complete the practical via a scheduled Zoom session with an instructor
This combined approach ensures learners not only understand the theory but can also demonstrate safe manual handling techniques in practice, which is essential for workplace compliance.
